With over 17 years of experience in the wine industry, in France, François-Yann has built lifelong relationships with many French wine producers. Indeed, due to his knowledge and business skills, François-Yann is a well trusted agent in the wine community.
Filled with his experience, François-Yann decided, in 2015, to add to his skill sets and work for a highly reputable master pâtissier in France.
After building his expertise in pastry creation, François-Yann moved to Washington, D.C in December 2015 and became the proud owner of Un Je Ne Sais Quoi which has garnered regional, national and international recognition through different media channels.
Now filled with his experience in both the wine and pastry industries, François-Yann wants to create pastries that are paired with spirit cubes in order to create the perfect balance of textures and flavors.
